All flowers / colours / vases / containers & boxes are subject to availability. In the event of unavailability, the product will be substituted with the best matched / closest alternative.

PAYMENT

All payments must be settled (max. of) 1 day before the delivery date, otherwise the order & delivery will be deferred and therefore cancelled.

DELIVERY

Orders that are placed after 15:00 PM are subject to driver's availability and therefore are not guaranteed to be delivered in the same day. Delivery times are subject to traffic condition & weather. However Eden Florist ensures the best possible desired time of delivery. In the case of wrong delivery address given by customer, Eden Florist has the right to cancel the order or to apply subsequent penalties to the customer.

RETURN POLICY

Damage
If your flowers / goods are damaged at the time of delivery, Eden Florist will be happy to either re-arrange a new delivery OR pay a full refund.

Dissatisfaction
Any dissatisfaction is not subject to our Refund Policy, especially if the customer chooses his/her own type of product. However Eden Florist would really appreciate to receive your feedback & suggestions emailed to us at info@tokobungaeden.com and help us to improve our service.
